We are delighted to announce that BIBUS Group has finalised the acquisition of FERRARI S.r.l. MOTORI ELETTRICI, based in Soresina, a leading distributor of WEG industrial electric motors.

The new subsidiary will integrate BIBUS ITALIA's activities in Italy, strengthening our position as WEG's strategic partner in Europe and our technical expertise.

 We would like to welcome our new colleagues from FERRARI BIBUS S.r.l. and wish them a fruitful start to their collaboration within our group!
