● Autonomous electric wheels from ez-Wheel motorize rolling equipment and industrial carts to make them autonomous and easily move heavy loads and people. The 300 series wheel helps move up to 1000 kg loads.
Robust, maneuverable, compact and safe, they incorporate a motor and one or more batteries for starting, moving and braking heavy loads on all types of smooth or uneven surfaces.

Different series of autonomous electric wheels enable us to meet customer needs and adapt existing equipment to all environments, such as logistics warehouses, pharmaceutical and agri-food laboratories, hospitals, chemical plants, etc.

ez-Wheel's SWD (safety wheel drive®) drive wheels act as thrusters and can be easily integrated into existing industrial equipment such as lift trucks, AMRs, AGVs, pallet shuttles or conveyors to optimize mobility in highly-stressed industrial environments. Although different diameters (125 mm and 150 mm) and load capacities (from 500 kg to 1500 kg) are available, all drive wheels incorporate a motor and a motion control system to ensure safe movement. BIBUS France has joined forces with Bansbach easylift® to offer a wide range of robust and durable electric cylinders, gas cylinders and lockable gas cylinders (tension and compression). To meet specific customer requirements, electric and gas cylinders can be custom-designed. Stroke length, rod position, force or materials are all customizable.

The body of EasyE-Line electric cylinders incorporates the high-performance 24Vdc motor, making them compact and easy to adapt to small installation spaces. Depending on the model, load capacity can reach up to 10 000 N.

ACE MC Series to SC Series shock absorbers help optimize machine operation and company productivity. They extend machine life and make them more efficient. They are available in a wide range of accessories compatible with existing equipment.

By absorbing the shocks, vibrations and impacts that cause damage to machines, shock absorbers reduce downtime and equipment maintenance costs.

Without shock absorbers, shocks also harm production by generating scrap.  When braking systems for moving loads are controlled, the risk of impact on production is reduced.
