BIBUS France and its websites use Sendinblue's online chat. You can use the online chat as a contact form to interact with a member of our team in near real time. At the beginning of the chat, you have the possibility to leave your contact details, if necessary the data below is collected and kept for a maximum of two years on the platform before being deleted:

• Last name, First name
• Email
• Telephone number
• Mobile number
• Company name
• Transcription of the conversation

Depending on the course of the conversation with our employees, other personal data may appear in the chat and be entered by you. The type of data depends very much on your request or the problem you describe to us. This data is processed in accordance with our data protection policy.

All our employees are bound by their employment contracts to observe confidentiality and data protection.

BIBUS France uses Sendinblue for the collect of data concerning the subscription to our monthly newsletter.

The data collected in the context of the subscription to our monthly newsletter are subject to validation and proof of consent. The data collected is as follows:

• Email

This data is only used for the purpose of sending our monthly newsletter in conformity with our data protection policy. You can unsubscribe to this newsletter at any time by sending your request to contact@bibusfrance.fr

Emailings

You will receive emailings: promotional, invitation to an event/webinar, product news... other than our monthly newsletter, only if you have previously consented to this communication. You can unsubscribe to any communication from us at any time by sending your request to contact@bibusfrance.fr .

The data collected on the Getlandy landing pages are hosted in Belgium and no transfers are made outside the European Union.

The data collected on behalf of BIBUS France, which are transmitted via the Getlandy platform, are processed for the purposes of the BIBUS France Marketing/Communication department for the management of customer and prospect files (in conformity with our data protection policy). They are saved on Getlandy for a maximum of 6 months before being automatically and permanently deleted from the platform.
