Solenoid multi-valve
The 750 series consists of 8 valves in one body and can be used as a multi-way valve in a wide variety of functions. Whether under pressure or vacuum conditions, 2/2-, 3/2-, 3/3- or 5/2-way function, NC or NO type, this valve can be configured individually or for sub-base mounting. It is also characterized by the possibility to supply the valve with two different pressure supplies or to combine pressure and vacuum. This allows, among other things, pick & place operation with only one multi-way valve. Subbases with 2 to 8 stations are available as accessories.
The basic version of this series is available as a :
- Four 3/2 NC outputs
- Two 2/2 NC outputs
- Two 2/2 NO reverse flow outputs
The extreme modularity of the 750 Series allows for an almost unlimited number of custom configurations.
With throttle-type control, the dynamic characteristics are further improved. The standard 12/24 VDC control solenoid valves have a response time of less than 5 ms in opening and 2 ms in closing, with a maximum operating frequency of 200 Hz. Acceleration control solenoid valves have a response time of less than 2 ms in opening and closing, with a maximum operating frequency of 300 Hz.
