EEL-S2-1 : Basic electrical driver controllers

Bansbach offers basic electrical driver controllers, which allow electronic control and protect the actuator and the equipment that the actuator is connected to from damage. The basic controllers include a start and stop function with an adjustable acceleration ramp.

EEL-S2-2 : Advanced cylinder controller for rod positioning

Bansbach offers advanced programmable actuator controllers, for theelectric actuatorsand many models of DC motors with 2 hall sensors. The position driver EEL-S2-2 provides advanced positioning and control of actuators through easy and flexible integration with the application.

EEL-S2-3 : Cylinder controller for synchronization

The EEL-S2-3 is designed for driving two Bansbach actuatorsin parallel. The synchronization is achieved by adjusting actuator speed during drive. If adjustment cannot compensate unbalance between actuators the actuators will be stopped. In this way mechanical stress and breakage can be avoided. Additionally the EEL-S2-3 includes current limiter and power stage temperature protection. The EEL-S2-3 has adjustable start and stop ramps for smooth operation.

 EEL-S4 : Cylinder controller autonomous energy 

Bansbach offers programmable autonomous energy cylinder controllers for electric actuators. The EEL-S4 control system is a complete solution for battery-powered electric actuators. Standard systems include IP50 protection and IP65 protection is available. Wired handsets are available.
