The LCG series guide unit is a high-performance model, recommended when a high-precision determination comes into play. Indeed, a wide guide of high precision and rigidity has been fixed. This linearly guided cylinder has a wide variety of options and variants.

Improved accuracy
The degree of precision here is much higher than that obtained with more conventional products. The precision of the guidance of this table allows a parallelism of 0.03 mm as well as a perpendicularity at the end of the stroke of 0.05 mm.

Easier to use
The cylinder and linear slide are designed together, which reduces design work hours. The design for the installation of a symmetrical stop and the multi-sided piping improve the degree of freedom and ease of use.

Increased rigidity
The sliding table material has been changed from conventional aluminium to stainless steel or steel. The rigidity is further increased by using the sliding table at the same time as the guidance system.

Greater design freedom
Easy installation thanks to symmetrical stops, numerous supply connections and 2 possible fixing faces.

Linear guidance with 4 rows of balls (except 6 and 8)
4 rows of balls ensure stability during use and at any load. The contact of the ball guide is narrower than the 2-ball guide and therefore the frictional resistance produced during rotation is low. This allows for a more precise and rigid smooth operation.

Stamp
Even if the cylinder crashes into the part while extending, the pad protects the part and the cylinder. Select this option when shock absorption is required for applications such as pick and place. A cylinder switch to detect the use of the buffer (BL) is also available.

Many options available
Standard version, version with position locking and clean room version are available. The various options include an adjustable stop with shock absorber capability*.
*A shock absorber stopper cannot be used with clean room specifications.
Options include a stroke adjustment stop, shock absorber stop and more.

2-colour sensor status indicator
Limit switch with two-colour LED available. The sensors are flush for a clean look.

Rustproof type
Reduces the risk of rust in high humidity areas, such as near an ionizer, by having a rustproofing treatment on the table and rail.

Compliant with RoHS directive
Substances harmful to the environment, such as lead and hexavalent chromium, have been eliminated.

The LCR series guide unit is a versatile and standard model, recommended for standard determinations. This linearly guided cylinder has a much lighter and more flexible symmetrical structure. Indeed, the mobile part becomes lighter and thus makes it possible to have compact, efficient and energy-efficient equipment. The LCR series guidance unit thus contributes to optimizing and reducing equipment size, cycle times and energy consumption by reducing the weight of moving parts. It is recommended in applications such as semiconductor manufacturing processes (post-processing) for basic assembly, transport and movement as well as for Z-axis applications.

With buffer mechanism
If the pipe section hits the part as the cylinder moves forward, the buffer function is activated to protect the part and the cylinder. Suitable for use at the end of a pick & place device and other applications requiring a buffer function. A cylinder switch mounted to detect the activation of the buffer is used to detect the line anomaly (BL).

The LCM series guide unit is a compact miniature model, recommended for compact determination, which combines high precision and rigidity in a compact format. This rigid linear guide cylinder is used to obtain a very precise positioning. The cylinder, linear guide and support table have been integrated into a very compact unit. In addition, the workpiece can be installed directly on the table or at the front using the fixing holes provided.

The LMB series guide unit is a locking system for linear axes with linear guide locking. Used in a system equipped with linear axes, this locking device can be used to lock a tool in a position or to immobilize it in the event of an emergency stop for greater safety. In addition, to prevent dust from entering, scrapers are pre-installed on the front and rear of the locking unit.

The STG series guide unit is an environmentally friendly guided cylinder model. Indeed, toxic substances are eliminated and it protects the environment by preventing contamination. Super-mini
The smallest model is just 33 mm wide and 15.5 mm high. This makes it the most compact guided cylinder model available.

Rear power supply and side installation
The power supply is connected at the front or centralized at the rear as an option. As an option, installation on the cylinder is also possible, allowing several units to be installed in a small space.

Two levels
Steel guide bearings or ball bushes are available depending on the application.

The structure is characterized by an excellent rod angle tolerance of ±0.08*, high rigidity and tolerance to lateral loads.
