ACE - Damping Pads
ACE-SLAB viscoelastic damping foam is a tailor-made damping technology that offers new possibilities for damping large surfaces or creating specific shapes.
This damping foam absorbs static loads from 3 to 30 N/cm2and can be cut to size in two dimensions according to requirements or designed as a moulded part.
In addition, many different coatings open the way to many applications, without ever losing sight of requirements, especially since this damping foam can withstand temperatures ranging from -5°C to 50°C.
ACE offers you a solution to effectively slow down impact loads on large and small surfaces. ACE damping foam is therefore perfect for use in many cases of damping, vibration damping and oscillation or noise reduction.

A damping system combining SLAB and TUBUS
The SLAB-TUBUS combination ensures fast luggage transport. Airports are seeking to reduce passenger waiting times as much as possible. This objective is achieved with a solution specially designed for luggage transport systems that has solved previous depreciation problems. The transport trolleys, with a weight of up to 120 kg, can now move at the desired speed of the belt conveyors. A SLAB combination with two TUBUS profile absorbers type TA is used in this case.
