Vibration-damping foams

SLAB, CEL and PAD: three different types of plate, one purpose; to provide users in all areas with the best customised insulation technology. We guarantee this with the wide-ranging offer of vibration isolating pads and with customisation specific to the customer.

SLAB products are universal damping pads produced from PUR materials according to a patented formula. The low frequency damping CEL are made of nitrile rubber and can be stacked in multiple layers. The robust textile and elastomer sheets of the PAD series are assembled in layers, making them extremely hard-wearing and versatile.

These three product families are available as standard-sized plates or as plates cut precisely to customer specifications.

Universally applicable and custom manufactured: ACE supplies cushioning pads in the SL-170 to SL-720 range under its brand name SLAB.

Isolating objects from flooring or foundations: ACE offers another effective solution for preventing damaging vibrations: its CEL low frequency cushioning plates.

For use in foundations, buildings, conveyors, bridges, stairs, test benches, pumping stations, generators, compressors, machines, etc.

Available as plates, discs or sleeves: ACE's PAD low-frequency damping plates are the ideal combination of isolating elastomeric bearings and resistant fabric inlays, creating robust cushioning plates for heavy-duty areas.
